Domestic Shipping
All items will be shipped out between 1-2 days after order is placed. Orders will be delivered between 3-5 business days
International Shipping
All items will be shipped out between 1-2 days after order is placed. Orders will be delivered between 7-10 business days

return & exchange policy
Returns
Nonpareil Essentials strives to provide an amazing shopping experience! If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns within 21 days from the date of shipment. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 21 days from shipment.
Returned items must be in a new, unused and free of damage condition! (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Nonpareil Essentials product tags attached.
Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. All items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, packaging, and accessories) with tags attached. All items must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries; they will be rejected. We recommend sending your return via USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged or returned for Store Credit only. If we do not have the item you would like to exchange for store credit will be issued! Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).
